What's In My Make-Up Bag/ Drugstore Favorites

Omg look guys another post!! I decided to do a what's in my makeup bag post because I'll probably get around to doing an everyday face make-up video! I use basically all drugstore products and I generally repurchase my favorites. So here's what I have:

I got this bag for free from Rite Aid in LA when I went to IMATS :)

It holds everything but I have to arrange them so it fits haha

An overview of what's inside

So I've been testing different foundation and I am currently using the Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation. I am shade 200 Warm Beige :)

These are my daily brushes. I have 2 ELF powder brushes, one Crown buffer brush (similar to the Sigma round kabuki), one Crown angled brush, one Sigma e05, and a spoolie brush from an old mascara.

I have two quads of eyeshadows. On the left is from Revlon and I mainly just use the brown for my brows.
On the right is a custom Lancome palette that I use when I want to wear eyeshadow.
In the middle is the ELF gel eyeliner.

I carry two mascaras and 3 eyeliners lmao. I've repurchased the Maybelline Colossal like 100 times haha its my favorite. And I've been liking the L'Oreal Voluminous too.
I use a the Wet n Wild Liquid Liner over my gel.
Sometimes I'll line my waterline with Rimmel Kohl Liner.

For lips I have chapstick and a tinted lemon lip balm and two lipsticks which are Limecrime's centrifuschia and Revlon's Pink in the Afternoon.

For the face, I have two blushes: ELF in Candid Coral and NYX in Cinnamon.
My facepowder broke ;-; but its the Maybelline Dream Matte Powder.

Some misc. tools I have hair ties, bobby pins, tweezers, and an eyelash curler.

Welp making this post opens my eyes to how much stuff I have haha
I feel like I need to reduce it a bit hehe
SO, look out for a possible everyday make-up tutorial with all these products.
Also, a back to school fashion post will be coming too!

My First IMATS Experience

I've watched YouTube for years and had always been so envious of the makeup artists and gurus that were able to go. Not that I longed to meet up with them or anything. It was quite different than what I imagined. The show was sold out so needless to say how packed it was in the convention hall. I was very much disappointed when I found out some brands like Urban Decay and Tarte were not going to be there but I there were still some great brands! My main goal was to get a Lime Crime lipstick and I did! Lines were not crazy in the beginning however they got worse throughout the day. The Sigma line was nearly a 3 hour wait! Honestly, they could of had more workers and hurried up a bit. I saw MakeupByTiffanyD working and I love her videos so that was cool. I didn't take pics with anyone because I get embarrassed haha I was hoping to see others but they didn't come til wayyy late in the show and that kinda pissed me off in an "I'm jealous of  you way" :( watching them I feel like they're just people like us but the really famous ones truly are celebrities who don't have to wait in super crowded lines and events like these are just fun-meetups. Anyway. My overall experience was pleasant. I advise going to your first picks first because the longer you put it off the chances of it running out or a long line increases. I am gonna go next year as well!

IMATS Haul!

To be honest I didn't pick up much because I'm cheap. Haha here's what I got:

Lime Crime Lipstick in Centrifuchsia

Sorry for the bad lighting, its a beautiful bright fuchsia! I personally think it looks great on warm skin tones.

Sugarpill Single Eyeshadow in Flamepoint - super bright orange but I think it's still wearable for everyday looks!

Excluding the pink handled liner brush the other three are from Crown Brushes and are dupes for some Sigma brushes. The pink one was free from a Sigma bag :)

# 12, 7475, 48 lashes in Black. No brand.

#307, 99 and Flare Long Individuals in Black

Flare Short Individuals in Black and DUO Dark Tone Lash Adhesive

From Daiso, the Japanese 1.50 store I picked up a few things:

A super cute bow!

And two nail glitters with moon and star glitter!

I also got socks and stuff for my bf but that's not interesting haha

My LA Weekend!! In chronological order~

So this weekend happened some what on a whim with my cousin inviting me to go to IMATS (the International Makeup Artists Trade Show). Let me take you on my journey!

My first ootd (friday):

and my super cute luggage:

Along with my cousin Cat & her friend, Kate & Kate's bf, Ben - we all traveled to Orange County to drop Ben off (he had some business there). After that us girls had dinner at Star Korean BBQ:

I am gonna write a Yelp review soon but overall I highly recommend this place!

Finally we ventured off to Cat's sisters house where we stayed our weekend at.

We picked up her sister Christine & we headed to Milk, an ice cream cafe place (will also write a yelp review)  This is what we got:

They are ice cream macarons, yum!

~Thus, concludes day 1~

Staurday - ootd #2:

IMATS!!!! Yay!! Okay so we got up at 5 am and left like 6:30 am ish and arrived to IMATS around 7:30 am. The lines were CRAZY. Our timing was pretty good; door open at 8 and we werent at the very front or end. Actuall, we didn't even get in until like before 9 probably. Anyway, I don't have too many pictures because I was lazy but I'll show you what I have:

I didn't do too much damage those are Cat& Kate's bags too! ahah I'll show you a full haul in another post!
We left IMATS at 1-2 pm ish because we were soo done. We actually got everything we wanted. As far as seeing gurus, I wasn't set on seeing anyone in particular. Anyway we left and headed out to have some lunch at Four + Tea:

This place was super chill & cute! They had the besttt sandwiches like, you wouldn't expect them to be so good but they are! After we actually went to a little thrift store but I have no pics and didn't buy anything there. Haha We were trying to pass time until dinner because Christine was at work so we then went to the Griffith Observatory:

There was sooooooo many people for some reason. Maybe an actual even or typical Staurday I do not know but they were swarming everywhere. But we watched the sun set and toured the museum section an it was nice. We left before 7 and at this time Christine said she couldn't make it to dinner so to pass more time we went to the LA Museum of Contemporary Art (LACMA):

We actually took a bunch of pics but they are all on my cousins phone :( If I get them I'll post them somewhere idk. It was so cold though and we were starving (its now like 8 almost 9) and so we went to Umami Burger:

They have the best sauces omg. The burger is so simple but the sauces..I dream about them now..haha okay well yeahh we were very much trying to pass time because Christine wasn't home & we can't get in without her!! So this night went on for a long time. After Umami we had to figure out what to do. So why the hell not an eat more right? Nahhh we got LOST looking for Scoops Ice Cream Parlor haha they close at 10:30 and by the time we got there they closed early because they ran out of ice cream i guess that can happen. There we were sitting in the car outside of Scoops thinking of what to do. Since I wasn't driving I had KOd in the back. When I woke up we had ventured back to Christine's place because we decided just to wait for her. (mind you we got lost again trying to get back..siri is a stupid hoe that can't give directions!) In the parking lot we waited for like an an hour and a half. Finally we got to sleep.

Sunday, our last day ootd:

Haha yes the style is much different than the tone of the previous outfits! I very versatile lol
We woke up at 10 after a wonderful rest and got ready to eat lunch. We at at Bouttega Louie:

Will review on Yelp as well. But this is definitely my kind of restaurant! I bought macarons hehe and for lunch we ate a pizza, portabella fries, bengies, and I had a melon juice to drink. Yumm. Btw it was suuuch a nice day. Haha Then we went to the American Apparel Flea Market:

To be honest the stuff was shit. Lol. I'd rather just pay for the over priced new arrivals they have. I was dissapointed. Neddless to this is the only pic I have lol Then we went to Daiso, the Japanese 1.50 store. And I got goodies there which will be featured in my haul post! That was our last LA stop. Around 530 we left to OC to pick up Kate's BF & get bread from 85deg Celsius:

They were super fresh too mmmmm.

Now I home sweet home & broke as fuuuck.

Be sure to check out my haul that's not food lol and if you have any questions please feel to leave a comment!
